On June 7-8, 2017, the leading exhibition of microelectronics SEMIEXPO Russia 2017 was held in Expocenter in Moscow. More than 90 companies took part in the exhibition.
For 2 days, the exhibition was visited by 1000 people. Visitors this year had a unique opportunity to take part in the Conference, which was held for the first time at the exhibition site in the TechARENA zone.
Among the exhibitors were the leading companies of the industry: ASML, COLANDIS, CPS Europe, Crocus Nano Electronics, Dockweiler, Faeth, Fraunhofer, Maicom Quarz, Schenker, SVCS, ESTO Research Institute, DEAXO, DIPAUL, MINOTEH and many others . The exhibition was held with the official support and participation of the Department of Radioelectronic Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
A large number of positive comments received the Conference, which was held on TechARENA on June 7. The main topics were the market of Russian radio electronics and key areas of state support, opportunities for the development of the microelectronic industry of the Far East, the development of engineering solutions in solar energy, new power sources based on MEMS technologies, and many others.
Victoria Frantsuzova: "Today, Russian radioelectronics is on the brink of a strategic breakthrough. Over the years of implementation of state programs, a serious reserve has been formed, both in the field of science and technology, and in terms of production capacities. However, the Russian market is very limited in the development of civilian segments. To date, Russian products are not competitive in the open market, primarily in terms of price characteristics due to lack of scalable demand. In such conditions, success can be achieved either in niches or using government support tools. At the moment, state-owned instruments are working to develop those segments whose investments will give the maximum economic benefit, and the development of which will contribute to ensuring the country's strategic security. "
A new program of the exhibition was the appearance of Science & Technology ARENA, where on June 7 - 8 the Annual All-Russian Competition of Scientific and Technical Projects "Innovative Radio Electronics" took place. The competition was held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. Within the framework of the event, participants demonstrated on their stands a prototype or presentation of the project, and the jury that evaluated their developments included representatives of business in the field of computer technology, telecommunications, robotics, microelectronics, optoelectronics and photonics: representatives of Skolkovo, GS Group, Electronics.

We kindly invite you to visit SEMIEXPO Russia, which opened today at the Expocenter.
After registering online or at the registration desk at the exhibition, you will be able to take part in the Conference, which this year takes place in the TechARENA zone in Hall 1, Pavilion 7, Expocentre, Krasnaya Presnya.
The conference program will cover such topics as the market of Russian radio electronics and key areas of state support, opportunities for the development of the microelectronic industry in the Far East, the development of engineering solutions in solar energy, new power sources based on MEMS technologies, and many others. The conference will end at 6 pm, and on June 8 from 10.00 to 12.00 on the TechARENA site the Skolkovo clusters and Internet of Things projects (IoT) will be presented.
A novelty of the exhibition program is the appearance of Science & Technology ARENA, which will on June, 7-8 host the Annual All-Russian Competition of Scientific and Technical Projects "Innovative Radioelectronics". The competition is held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
The participants of the competition will demonstrate at their stands a prototype or presentation of the project. Based on the results of the review, the expert jury will make its decision.
The jury consists of Russian and foreign experts and representatives of business in the field of computer technology, telecommunications, robotics, microelectronics, optoelectronics and photonics: representatives of Skolkovo, GS Group, IIDF, Control Systems and Information Electronics.
The moderator of the presentations section of the participants will be the investor Dmitry Gordienko. Contestants with the participation of the moderator will defend their projects in the format of Pitch Deck presentations, which provide a brief overview of the business model of projects.

Managing Parasitics For Transistor Performance
