NEW EUROPEAN MANUFACTURING CENTRE
The world-famous Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, the Houses of Parliament in London, Russian research station ‘Vostok’ in the Antarctic – all these projects are protected by Argus Spectrum International wireless technology. Henceforth, Argus Spectrum International products will be produced in Finland as well.
On the 28th of August, executive Director Mikhail Levchuk demonstrated the new manufacturing facilities in Savonlinna (Finland) and the first products produced at the new factory to the Minister for Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade of Finland Mr Ville Skinnari.
The Mayor of Savonlinna Janne Laine, Deputies of the Parliament of Finland Kaj Turunen and Kim Berg, the acting Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Finland Sergey Sinelnikov and Senior Counsellor of Embassy of the Russian Federation in Finland Arkadiy Sundeyev visited the factory together with the Minister of Finland Ville Skinnari.

RESEARCH ON EXPORT CAPACITY IN HIGH-TECH SECTORS’ OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY
JSC “Central Research Institute of Economy, Management Systems and Information “Electronics” and GfK Rus Institute for Market Research are starting the research on the evaluation of export capacity in high-tech sectors of Russian economy.
The organizers are inviting leaders of companies from across the sector of radio electronics to participate in the initiative by answering to the questionnaire available at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfbMOyMlhz2tncWWCtjUCIaM6YvOnL1tiu6sfVjkWrG8NOZGQ/viewform.
The information collected from filled-out questionnaires will be used in a generalized form and upon computer-based processing will be published in open sources.
Research results are expected to be a contribution to an analysis of the current situation with identification of the most efficient support measures and measurement of export capacity in national high-tech sectors.

IN NABEREZHNYE CHELNY OPENED A SMART FACTORY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF WASHING MACHINES.
On August 28, 2019 in Naberezhnye Chelny, the opening ceremony of the Haier washing machine factory was held. The ceremony was attended by the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, the head of Haier Corporation Zhang Zhuimin, the mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev.
Investments in production amounted to $ 56 million. Note that the washing machine plant is the first enterprise in the Haier industrial park. It is planned that 12 factories specializing in the production of sophisticated household appliances will appear in the park.
“Today we are witnessing a unique cooperation between Russia and China in Tatarstan. In a very short time, an industrial park was created and a plant was built that meets the best world standards for the production of consumer electronics. We sincerely hope that in the near future the industrial park will work at full capacity and become an example for the development of many industrial enterprises and partnerships between our countries, ”said Igor Komarov.
